I would like to thank all of you who voted for me last time.     I truly appreciate and am deeply honored with your trust in me, 
who so far has zero political experience (I am definitely NOT a career politician unlike Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren), 
no name-recognition in Silicon Valley, and zero money (unlike our Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren who is loaded with money 
from multinational corporations and cheap labor lobbyists) before I ran to challenge her in 2012.

Even though I lost the election having received more than 8,000  votes, I consider it was a huge success due the reasons mentioned 
above.    Best of all, I was able to bring the issues that are important to YOU and to the American people to the voters of the 19th 
California Congressional District - the frauds, the abuses, and the discrimination against American citizens right here in America due to
Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren's corruption.   

As a matter of fact, we are on the right side of history.    Unlike in 2012 when the cheap labor lobbyists, the multinational 
corporations, and Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren were able to silence the abuses and frauds of the H-1B program.  Today whenever  
Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren sponsors a program like the H-1B or the Dream Act that appears in the press, within hours, thousands 
and thousands of American citizens (many of whom are her constituents) across America go online to express their concern on the 
national and international news organizations such as the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, the Hill, and even the BBC.    
It's a national embarrassment for millions of American citizens to read about how the corrupt politicians like our Congresswoman 
Zoe Lofgren is selling American citizens out to corporate interests.    

In the last election, the Democratic party lost many seats due to immigration.    It is not because the American people want to support 
the Republican's agenda of cutting taxes for the rich, rather the American public is totally fed up with the flood of unaccompanied 
minors at our southern border and the humanitarian crisis, the lawlessness, and the chaos it has created.   The whole fiasco was caused 
by the Dream Act which was sponsored by the White House and our local Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren.    It's a bipartisan issue.    
The House Majority Leader Eric Cantor lost the primary election to an underdog challenger -- His loss in the primary was described by 
the Los Angeles Times as "one of the greatest political upsets of modern times." -- because of his support for the H-1B.  America is 
disapproving her stand on the issues that is harmful to the average American and is supporting our effort to oust her from 
Congress.    In the battle for the hearts and minds of the American people, she has been losing badly.    It's time for her to go, she
is much worse than Eric Cantor.




Today, the New York Times published an article about Disney bringing H-1Bs and forcing American engineers to train their
own replacement before being laid off.    




"Even worse, before you lose your livelihood you'll be asked to leave behind some of your dignity, too.

That's the way some Disney employees felt when they were asked to train foreign workers, apparently flown in 

from India, to become their younger and cheaper replacements.

I just couldn't believe they could fly people in to sit at our desks and take over our jobs exactly," one former 

worker, who wasn't named and is now unemployed, told The New York Times.   It was so humiliating to train 

somebody else to take over your job. I still can't grasp it."



Within hours, there are 2,800+ comments (many from Zoe Lofgren's constituents) and the vast majority of the 
comments (99%) strongly disapprove Disney and the H-1B program.

Visa Is A Scam."    A government-sponsored scam, who is behind it?    Who else but our Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren.

What is so disturbing is that in another article on the New York Times, Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren was quoted

“This revision seriously undermines the stability and predictability of our immigration system,” Representatives Zoe
 Lofgren and Michael Honda, both California Democrats, said in a statement.

She wants to grant more green cards to the H-1Bs.     Her statement is a slap-in-the-face to the hard-working Americans
at Toy R Us and other companies whose jobs have been lost to the H-1Bs.     Has she read about how American lives were 
destroyed by her H-1B program in the other article and the comments that go with it from ordinary American citizens who 
are strongly against the corrupt program?     Is she representing American citizens and her constituents or is she a mouthpiece 
for the multinational corporations and foreign workers who are NOT American citizens?   Are American citizens just there to 
pay her salary and then get thrown under the bus by her?   This tells us how seriously out of touch she is with the problem 
of the program and she is NOT representing the interests of American citizens and her constituents.      


Who kills the American dream?   Who lies to the American People?    Who destroys the American middle-class?   
Who undermines American democracy?    

Our Queen H-1B Zoe Lofgren.    

Five years ago during the British Petroleum Deepwater Horizon oil spill fiasco that destroyed the lives 
of thousands of Lousiana residents, the first Vietnamese-American Congressman Joseph Cao who 
represented the New Orleans district where many of his constituents whose lives have been destroyed 
by B.P. fiasco.   He was holding the B.P. executives to the fire by suggesting that the B.P. executives 
should commit Seppuku  (In case you don't know, Seppuku or Harakiri was used for those --particularly 
politicians-- who had committed serious offenses and the only way to bring justice and honor back to the 
victims was to ask the one who committed such offense to commit suicide -- it's particular to Japanese 
culture rather than Asian culture in general).

"In the Asian culture we do things differently. During the Samurai days, we just give you a knife and ask 
you to commit harakiri."



(And Congressman Joseph Cao was criticized by the American press for suggesting something that is
"inhumane" as if the European-Western way is better.    I don't know if his critics been to Paris yet.   During the
French revolution, Queen Marie-Antoinette of France on her way to the guillotine was dragged from 
her jail cell through the streets of Paris while the Parisians were spitting on her.    When her head fell, the Parisians
were overjoyed.    Personally I think Seppuku is a more humane way than facing the guillotine and being
humiliated by the Parisian crowd.     Whether it's the Italian Renaissance in Florence with its burning-stake for Savonarola,
the guillotine for Marie Antoinette in Paris, or the Samurai Seppuku in Japan, it doesn't matter whether
it's Asian-Eastern or European-Western way, each society all took issue of accountability, responsibility, and
justice seriously.      Only in America in the 21st century where the Wall Street banksters who brought the world 
economy to its knees in 2008 and corrupt politicians like Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren are being rewarded) 


And she voted to bail out the Wall Street banksters in 2008.    The banksters that destroyed your life savings, your children's
college funding, your financial safety during your retirement and time of ilnness.   It's something the voters of California 
Congressional District 19 should ALWAYS REMEMBER.




Among the banksters that she bailed out was Goldmans Sachs -- the American financial company that helped Greece
faking its financial data so it would qualify for European Union membership and the Euro which led to the Euro-crisis in 2015.  It 
has created a lot of anger in Europe.   From talking to my friends and relatives over there, the overall impression
is that the American government is more interested in helping American companies to commit financial fraud than
to care for the world's financial health and the economies of our European allies.    Even tiny Iceland sent their corrupt 
banksters to jail in 2008 and now they have a new tourist attraction -- the guided tour called "Bankers Behind Bars," which 
traces the causes and consequences of the 2008's banking system collapse.   

What happened in the U.S.?    The banksters were bailed out and rewarded by corrupt politicians like our Congresswoman 
Zoe Lofgren who voted for this deal.    Her vote has cost the American taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars.   Not
only that, her vote also sent out a disturbing message to the whole world that says the U.S. rewards illegal and
wrong-doing behavior.    It's the same behavior that we see Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren on the issues of illegal
immigration and H-1Bs.    Law-abiding and hard-working American citizens are being punished while she is rewarding
illegal behavior.     Thank to corrupt American politicians like Zoe Lofgren, we are fast becoming a laughing stock for 
the whole world.   It's no wonder why the Europeans and the rest of the world do not trust us.
   

I think the H-1B program that Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren sponsoring is much more harmful and destructive
than the British Petroleum oil spill fiasco.    It has destroyed many more American lives across America and it undermines
the trust in the U.S. government to do the right things for its citizens.     But we are not the Samurai and we don't live 
in the Samurai time, otherwise she would have been asked to commit Seppuku.   I have seen zero accountability
and responsibility from our Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren.    She should be held accountable even more than the British 
Petroleum executives. 


She needs to be ousted from Congress.    If she has any self-respect and decency, she should resign herself from 
Congress.

happening," said Lofgren.    Once again, she is lying and she tries to deceive the American public, she has 
been in Congress for 20+ years and she has done nothing except selling out American professionals in the
previous H-1B changes that she sponsored.    And whatever she mentioned about dealing with Congressman
Issa is just lies, deception, and duplicity from her.    She should treat American IT professionals with more respect
rather than contempt that she currently has for them.     They are much more informed and intelligent than
her on the H-1B issue having been suffered the abuse of her corrupt program.

I am a Computer Programmer, one of many who are now unemployed, and I was wondering if you (Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren) could tell me what the US STEM worker did to the Democratic Party to cause the Democratic Party to betray us so badly.

Many of us have voted for Democrats our whole life. But it seems that the Democratic Party is on a full course hostile assault on the US STEM worker. I was wondering why. The Democratic Party used to support working people, but it appears to me that the interests of working people and immigrants, both legal and illegal, often are in conflict, and many in the Democratic Party are lusting over the possibility of these new voters voting for Democrats.

In addition, many in the Democratic Party, including Barack Obama, are doing every thing that they can to displace US STEM workers in favor of cheap labor from India. Millions and millions are unemployed and in his State of the Union Address, Barack Obama indicated that he wants more cheap labor from India. Recently, Barack Obama created two new posts in the Federal Government, a CTO and a CIO. Barack Obama appointed two Indians to those posts. The CTO, Aneesh Chopra, has ZERO technical background. His sole qualification is that he is a child of two Indian immigrants. The CIO, Vivek Kundra, has a history of hiring Indian H1B body shops to perform government IT work, displacing US STEM workers. How can Barack Obama have any idea of the needs and concerns of the US STEM worker when he surrounds himself with people with a background of working against the interests of US STEM workers?

I was wondering what the US STEM worker had done to cause these hostile assaults on the careers of US STEM workers. We created a technology that changed the world. We are the greatest scientists, engineers, and mathematicians that the world has ever seen, but yet due to programs of the Democratic Party, many US STEM workers have been displaced by cheap labor from India.

We supported the Democratic Party only to be betrayed by the Democratic Party.

The minor inconveniences experienced by foreign visa workers are pale by comparison to the American citizens who have lost our jobs, homes, healthcare, life savings and sadly so much more.

It’s amazing to think at one time, profitable US companies were proud to contribute to the prosperity of the country with jobs for Americans, while also paying much higher tax rates. Now Disney and others have no identification with America. They exploit the world for the cheapest labor and US workers are expendable. And they pay little in taxes. 

I have seen nothing about the latest Disney layoffs on TV news, so how many voters know about it? Should be a major campaign issue. Ask Hillary Clinton what she thinks is the true purpose of the h1b visa program, sold as 'helping' business find workers not 'available' in the US. 

How much in campaign donations did congress receive for approving the h1b visa program that removes jobs from the people that vote for them? Isn't somebody quantifying this sort of thing?

Despite Disney being very profitable, it dumped tech employees earning 100,000/year, forcing them to train their foreign replacements paid 60,000/year. Will those new ones then train new replacements for less salary in a few years? 

It’s been going on for years with other co’s, resulting in a plunge in income for many expendable Americans, and excess profits for businesses. They see these excess profits as their due, and the expendable Americans the regrettable price to pay for –what? The American free enterprise system? Now extended to payoffs to enterprising lawmakers, sharing in the profits?

Yes, Trump is an fool, and I would love nothing better than to see him get the Republican nomination. But the president and congress are causing some of their own problems with immigration reform. It is not just racists who are angry.

A growing proportion of Americans are waking up to the fact that rich American corporations are using legitimate immigration reform legislation as a stealth vehicle to enlarge the H-1B visa program. These corporations' purpose is not to help immigrant families who want to build a new life in America. Their purpose is to replace whole industries of American workers in one fell swoop, with specially recruited H-1B foreigners who will work for less and endure poor working conditions. The Times recently did an expose of the Disney corporation, catching them red-handed using this ruthless tactic. Disney, afraid of the bad PR, backed down, but other corporations are doing it all over America.

Our own president, and our Congress, are complicit with the corporations in hurting American employees by allowing this practice, which should be outlawed. When American workers are hurting for jobs, it is unconscionable to allow this. H-1B expansion needs to be *decoupled* from proposed immigration reform legislation to stand on its own, and we will see which politicians want to hurt American workers.

When these things happen CEOs smile and laugh at how stupid American voters are. We keep electing people who view American workers as unimportant and expendable whether it's exporting our jobs, importing workers to drive down wages or simply killing then in unsafe work places.

Unfortunately, it's harder to make it, than this editorial states.

Example: A close friend was an "Army Brat" His father was retired from the military. They were not in poverty, but below the mean. His parents struggled to put their intelligent, hard working son through engineering school. 

He was a fine engineer, but when 'W' jacked up the H- 1B visas from 65000 to 195000 for two years. CEO's took advantage. He was walked out one door, his replacement was incompetent, a "knockoff" from Asia. 

He lost his medical benefits and dropped dead as a result. I'm still bitter.
